Faux Stained Glass

Unleash your creativity and join us for a unique faux stained glass workshop at Tobacco Wood Brewery in Durham! Bring your creativity-no two will be alike. All the crafting elements will be provided for you to go home with a completed project.

There are several projects to choose from -Pick your project at checkout. Once you signup, I will begin to laser the project, so there will be no refunds for this project. You may make arrangements to pickup the project. If you pickup, paint will not be included with the kit. These are approximately 9" tall, the width varies.

NOTE: THE IMAGES in brown I haven't made myself yet, so I cant offer a complete picture. Keep looking back, completed projects will be added as I get them done.

What will you do:
-Paint
-Pick glass
-Design your stained glass piece
-Resin
-Go home with your project to cure.

Due to working with paint and resin, please do NOT wear anything that you will be sad if it gets paint or resin on. Aprons are provided, but I cannot guarantee you won't wear the crafting ingredients.

*I will cancel if we have a poorly attended workshop and the $$ will be refunded to you.

*If the weather is poor, it'll be up to the brewery on whether or not we cancel.

*Due to the use of glass and resin, I kindly ask no one under the age of 15 may attend.

*Food and drink are available for purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.

Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.

Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.

Wood

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
