HOW IT WORKS
*As the host/hostess, you will choose up to 3 projects to offer you and your guests at the party PROJECTS FOR PARTIES CAN BE FOUND ON THE HOME PAGE, or we can discuss something else that your would like to explore.
*We'll agree on a date and time that works for us both. You will be responsible for inviting your guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guests to register is 8 days prior to your event. Only those who have registered may attend so please be sure everyone registers. Parties can be held either inside or outside depending on the workshop. Hammer and Stain Ox NC will provide all equipment and materials, you'll just need to provide the space!
*Private parties will have exclusive access to our workshop for 2.5-3 hours on the date and time you have secured. If allowed, at the designated location, feel free to BYOB or wine to your workshop; however all guests MUST BE 18 years of age or older.
*We ask that you have a minimum of 6 guests {including yourself} register for the event in order for us to host the workshop. We need all guests registered by the deadline 8 days prior to event.
*In the event someone needs to cancel, they should contact you, and you will contact me. No refunds are given, but a voucher for another class is granted.
*Once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this.

- Choose your project and design options from the drop down menu.
- If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
- Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.
- Add to Cart and checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.
Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.
Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.
Guest Policy
Guest Policy
Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.
By completing registration you are agreeing to these terms.

Wood
This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
